Giving your cat table scraps may seem okay, but it’s important to know which foods are harmful and which are healthy for your cat. Another consideration are portions. Is it okay to just toss them a piece of chicken here and there? We should never make assumptions.
For instance, a lot of folks assume that giving a cat a bowl of milk is fine, but actually, cats are lactose intolerant. Another often-depicted scene is a cat scooping a live fish out of a lake and just chowing down. So, it’s essential that we keep ourselves informed about the dos and don’ts of giving our cats human food.
